The prosecutor's office in court demanded to carry out repair works of the roadway of the streets in Revda and Degtyarsk, the press service of the department.

During the inspections organized jointly with law enforcement agencies, it was established that public roads on the streets of Soviet Cosmonauts, Michurin, Herzen, Kirzavod, Kalinin in Revda, as well as the streets of Kultury, Pochtovaya, Litvinova, Sovetskaya, Silovaya, Istok in Degtyarsk are in Inadequate condition.

"On the roadway there are potholes with a depth of up to 19 cm, the destruction of the road surface and the edges of the roadway that impede the movement of vehicles at a permissible speed. The detected defects in road surfaces do not meet the requirements for the operational status, which is permissible under the conditions of ensuring road safety, "say the prosecutor's office.

Based on the results of the inspection, the supervisory authority sent two lawsuits to the Revda City Court on imposition of a duty on the Municipal Administration "Urban Management" Revda and MKU "Housing and Utilities Management and Support of Local Self-Government of the Urban District of Degtyarsk" to repair roads and monitor their roads Content.

"During the consideration of the claim statements, the respondent took measures to partially eliminate the violations identified - repairs were made to the road along the street of Soviet Cosmonauts in Revda.
