This was reported by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan. According to him, as a result of the "artificial obstacle" flights from the airline Ryanair are transferred until 2018. At the moment, negotiations on this issue continue.

Nevertheless, Omelyan is deeply convinced that Ryanair had all the bases and possibilities in September of this year to start flights from the airports "Boryspil" and "Lviv".

"We were faced with artificial obstacles. However, I must disappoint everyone - Ryanair will fly from Ukraine. Next year, for sure, "- said the Minister.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform", the management of the Kiev airport "Borispol" sabotaged the negotiations and the arrival in Ukraine of the airline Ryanair. Already from the very beginning of the talks it was clear that there was a complete sabotage of the agreement.
