At the moment it is established that on August 28, 2017, two men were arrested, who are accused of attacking a journalist with serious physical injuries. The attackers turned out to be locals.
The two prosecutors prosecuted the criminal case for h. 2 items. 345-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violence against a journalist).
Criminals face imprisonment up to ten years.
It should be noted that pre-trial investigation and collection of testimonies of victims and witnesses.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", three days earlier, a journalist, editor-in-chief of the local newspaper "Nadnestrryanskaya Pravda", Romana Varshanidze, was brutally beaten in Ovidiopol of the Odessa region.
Varshanidze also stressed that the three attackers are residents of Chernomorsk, athletes from one of the kickboxing clubs.
