This was reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin.

According to the Foreign Minister of Ukraine, this issue is important for both sides in the implementation of the Free Trade Area between the countries.

"We agreed, in the direction of the conclusion (for this, most likely, it will be necessary to write a separate agreement) in the sphere of removing barriers from roaming," said Klimkin.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform, Europe to cancel roaming was 14 years, so three years is enough to Ukraine canceled the charge for roaming. At the moment, a special expert group is working in this direction, based on the conclusions of which in autumn 2017 specific proposals will be worked out.
