Prosecutor's Office of Krasnoturinsk approved the indictment in the criminal case against the former junior inspector of the second category of the security department of the detachment of strict conditions of SG No. 3 of the GUFSIN for the Sverdlovsk region.

He is accused of committing 10 crimes, stipulated in Part 1 of Article 291. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe personally in the amount not exceeding ten thousand rubles), two crimes stipulated in part 3 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (bribe-taking by an official for illegal actions in a considerable amount) and the crime provided for in part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation The commission by an official of actions clearly exceeding his authority).

From September 2015 to March 2017, the accused, being in the line of duty, handed over to him, by prior agreement with the convicted person, objects prohibited for storage and acquisition by convicts-mobile phones, SIM cards and batteries, for which he received more than 100,000 rubles.

The criminal case was sent for consideration on the merits in the Krasnoturinsky City Court.

The maximum punishment provided for by the sanction for the commission of the most serious crime entails the punishment of up to 8 years of imprisonment.
