Critical was the situation on the streets of Maierchak, Kalinin, the Republic, under the Kopylovsky Bridge, the Metallurgists - where the lakes were formed. On the street Partizana Zheleznyaku situation exacerbated the breakdown of sewerage. So the traffic policemen provided traffic safety in very difficult conditions. In the city, fully electric transport, closed underground passageways, 16 traffic lights went out of order. Flooded more than 40 sections of roads, more than 200 residential buildings (including multi-apartment buildings) de-energized, flooded basements of 150 cellars of multi-apartment buildings.
