As you know, a man was sentenced by a French court to seven years in prison for stealing from European companies two hundred million euros. So, in order to avoid punishment for the theft of state property, an attacker for more than five years was hiding in some European countries.

At the same time, the capital's law enforcers quickly established that the one wanted three days ago arrived in the territory of our country. In addition, the custodians also identified and detained another foreigner who "traveled" with a French citizen.

As a result, it turned out that he was also on the international wanted list for crimes committed in the EU.

According to the operatives, according to this fact, a protocol of detention was drawn up. Now, men have been given preventive measures in the form of detention and the subsequent extradition of persons wanted by Interpol and Europol to the French police.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform," Interpol announced the search for paintings by artists of the 18-19 centuries, which belong to the Museum Fund of Ukraine.
