During the complex of operational-search measures, the employees of the inter-municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Kushvinsky" detained the MANF 2000 truck loaded with alcoholic products. The goods were without marking and information provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The examination showed that the brands on the bottles were produced by the printing method not according to the GOZNAK production technology, and therefore are counterfeit. 20640 0.5 liter bottles for the total amount of 4,231,200 rubles, packed in 1,032 boxes, were seized by operatives and transferred to the custody of the authorized organization, the car was placed on a parking lot.

Upon acquisition, storage, transportation for sale or sale of unmarked alcohol products subject to mandatory marking with excise stamps or federal special marks committed on an especially large scale, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Kushvinsky" opened a criminal case under Article 6 of Article 171. 1 of the Criminal Code.

The maximum liability for this unlawful act is six years of imprisonment with a fine of up to one million rubles.

During the complex of operational search activities, the police established the involvement of a local resident of 1974 in the commission of the crime. During the search of a given citizen in the building of the Builders, detainees seized special excise stamps with signs of counterfeit.

Currently, investigative and operational activities in this criminal case are continuing.
