Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region Mikhail Volkov visited the cottage settlement "Bay of Queens". The excursion on the problem object was conducted by the investor - bard Alexander Novikov and the representative of the developer - former Deputy Minister of Economics of the Sverdlovsk region Mikhail Shilimanov, who on the eve of the SC filed charges of fraud in a particularly large amount.

The construction of the cottage village "Bay of Queens" on the shore of Lake Shartash was started in 2008. In 2010, the same-name housing and construction cooperative was created, which began to attract the funds of the shareholders. In 2013, due to the shortage of funds collected by citizens, the work was temporarily suspended. In 2015, the government of the Sverdlovsk region was taken over. In the same year, work on the site was partially resumed, and in January 2017 the construction of the apartment building reached its final stage, the DIP informs..

"All construction and installation work at the facility completed a month ago. The remaining work is planned to be completed in September. Heat supply contracts are now at the last stage of agreement, but the input has already been completed. The same with water supply. According to the canalization, it was decided to build local treatment facilities, since there is no central collector in the microdistrict. This is a serious amount of work that we are planning for next year. In the meantime, we will rent the house on the existing sewerage system left from the buildings of the state farm "Flowers of the Urals". The consent of Vodokanal to this scheme was obtained by us. After the completion of the technical connection, landscaping of the adjacent territory will be carried out, "the representative of the developer Mikhail Shilimanov told the Minister.

The Minister inspected the apartments, which the developer plans to transfer to the shareholders in the coming months. Living quarters will be transferred with different types of finishes - in accordance with the concluded contracts.

"I see that the work at the facility is nearing completion. The developer fulfills all obligations assumed. I am sure that in September - early October we will receive the completed construction project, which can be put into operation. Of course, for this it is necessary to obtain all the approvals. But my opinion - we can already talk about the imminent completion of all work on the site, "- said Mikhail Volkov on the results of the inspection of the house.

The construction completion schedule provided by the developer will be considered at the next meeting of the interdepartmental commission. At the same meeting, a date will be set for the developer to report to the commission for the work performed.
