As noted by Rabinovich, the completion of funds for 2016-2017 is being completed. "This year 57 apartments for military families will be issued. In the changes prepared for the program, we plan to fix that the program is designed only for residents of the Kharkov region. Since the document was prepared on the basis of the state program, this aspect was not registered. Today, the residents of many regions expressed their desire to participate in the program. According to Rabinovich, those who have a certificate of the ATU participant can receive housing according to the program, as well as a certificate of participation in real combat operations. The participant of the program should contribute 60% of the cost of housing, the support of the regional budget is 40%.

Rabinovich said that in 2016. Housing was purchased by 26 participants of the ATU, in 2018, support for 43 military. For 2016 - 2018 127 people are planning to provide housing, the list of those who wish is 209 people.
