Nearly 4,000 cases of conflict in the Donbass and Crimea are in the ECHR

About 3,500 cases concern the destruction and damage of property in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass. And also concerning pensions, all kinds of discrimination, justice and participation in local elections.

The Crimea concerns about 400 cases that are in the European Court of Human Rights.



150 cases are criminal in nature and are associated with disappearances, abductions and killings of people, as well as with bodily harm.

250 cases concern the military and their relatives, reported in the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the European Union insists on the creation of an anti-corruption court in Ukraine, - Mingarelli. In Ukraine, an anticorruption court should be created. The European Union insists on its creation.
