Investigatory department of Tagilstroevsky district of Nizhny Tagil city of SK of Russia in Sverdlovsk region has completed the investigation of the criminal case against the director of a private organization accused on part 2 of article 145. 1 of the Criminal Code (full non-payment of more than two months of wages and other statutory payments).

According to the investigation, from December 2014 to April 2015, the director of the enterprise did not pay the salaries of 20 employees of the organization for a total of more than 1.2 million rubles. The organization's money was spent on production and non-production needs of the society, not related to wages. During the preliminary investigation into the criminal case, the investigator of the SKR interrogated about 50 people, and also appointed and conducted judicial computer and technical and accounting expertise.

Despite the fact that the accused head of the enterprise did not admit his guilt, the investigation gathered a sufficient evidentiary base. After the defendant receives a copy of the already approved indictment, the criminal case will be sent for consideration on the merits to the magistrate of the judicial section No. 4 of the court district where Tagilstroevsky district court of Nizhny Tagil city. The sanction under this article provides up to 3 years of imprisonment.
