Crews of these two organizations came under fire from the Libyan Coast Guard.
The Coast Guard of Libya, in turn, stated that they want to maintain absolute control over the rescue operations.
"In principle, we are not against the presence of humanitarian organizations, but we expect them to work more closely with the government of Libya," the Libyan speaker said..
