Two Pyrohlovs who stole benches for their dachas in Nizhny Tagil face five years in prison

In Nizhny Tagil on suspicion of the theft of shops, installed in public places, residents of the village of Pyrlovka.

On the eve of the night, the crew of the DPS patrolled the territory of the city. Moving along Krasnoznamennaya Street towards the center, the inspectors noticed a GAZ-31105 with a trailer moving towards them. The driver at a sufficiently high speed just in front of the patrol car turned to Zarechnaya Street and began to gain speed, despite the fact that the road in this place is bad. Inspectors began to pursue a suspicious machine.

During the pursuit of the trailer "Volga" fell two street benches, and the attackers continued to move, but after a while had to stop. Two men could not explain the origin of the lost cargo, then the inspectors called in the investigative-operative group, after which they delivered the citizens to the police department along Ostrovsky Street.



During the trial it was established that the shops had been stolen from the shore of Vyisky Pond at the crossroads of Frunze - Verkhnyaya Cherepanova Streets. The property belongs to the city administration. Detainees explained that they planned to install on their personal plots.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of the offense set forth in part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code (theft committed by a group of persons), which provides for punishment of up to five years in prison. The damage caused amounted to ten thousand rubles.
