Director of the "Agency for Information Protection" Alexander Kashuba will be in custody for two months. At the same time, the court defined him an alternative in the form of a pledge of 3.6 million hryvnia.

According to a journalist from the courtroom, Kashuba himself does not admit his guilt. He assured that there were certain shortcomings in the work, but this was corrected over time.

The defendant also stated that he would not pay bail, as this is too much, which he will not be able to pay. In turn, the defense said that it is already preparing an appeal against a court decision.

Today, however, the court began to consider the question of choosing a measure of restraint for another person involved in the "Wall" case, Vyacheslav Maidanovich, the senior officer of the production and technical department of the 1st separate capital construction department of the State Border Service.

Prosecutors insist on choosing a preventive measure in the form of custody with the possibility of making a pledge.
