Flooding in Primorye continues. Due to heavy rains, the water level in the rivers rose several meters. The situation was aggravated by the fact that the terrain in the Primorsky Territory is not flat, so from the hills the water drains to lower places.

On August 9 more than 2 thousand houses were flooded, in which live more than 13 thousand people. People wait for flood at 9 temporary accommodation points. There, people found not only a temporary shelter, but also hot meals. Weather forecasters promise that on August 10 the rains will stop, which means that the water will go down. However, local showers with squally wind and thunder are possible. Emergency mode on August 10 can be removed.

Flooded were two boilers, 17 socially significant facilities. In the village of Krasny Yar, it was possible in time to take the children out of the children's social rehabilitation center. It was necessary to evacuate the tourists from the tent camp "Sunny Island". Underflooded and therefore without electricity left 15 kindergartens. Several hospitals were flooded. For a while, the water supply to the village of Mikhailovka and Novoshakhtinskiy settlement. Now the water supply has resumed.

Remained without communication with the outside world, several settlements, which are home to about 20 thousand people. Not all fixed and mobile phones work, there are fiber clipping, the heads of municipal entities were given satellite phones.

In a number of settlements, Krounovka, Yakonovka, can only be reached by water craft.

August 10 in Vladivostok and two points in Ussuriysk is collecting things, water and products for the victims.

For Ussuriisk it is still difficult to move. Merry go out from the entrances with inflatable mattresses. A video of a man on a motorbike on a city street became popular. Water is in the entrances of high-rise buildings. In the Khasansky district and Ussuriysk urban district people remain without electricity, the exit of the emergency brigades is hampered by numerous erosion of roads. In Khasansky district, a woman was born in 1951 with a stream of water, nothing is known about her fate. Another tragedy was avoided by rescuers:

they received a signal that in Nadezhdinsky district in the flooded field there is a watchman. The man managed to save, although his strength was at an end.

Near the station Bonevovka because of the washing of the tracks on the rails three carriages crashed.

The Eastern Military District allocated 18 KamAZ trucks and 2 floating armored vehicles at the request of the Ussuriysk authorities.
