Approximately ten years after the end of the war, more or less normal relations will be established between Russia and Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed by an American political scientist, formerly a special adviser to the US State Department on National Problems of the Soviet Union and the Baltic States, Paul Goble, in an interview with "The Observer".
"Nothing is eternal. I expect that more normal relations between Ukraine and Russia will be established in a decade or so after the cessation of aggression. But Ukrainians will never forget Russia's actions, and should not, "Goble answered the question of whether reconciliation between Ukraine and Russia is possible after some time.
