The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine found out that out of 37 Ukrainian citizens 20 people were employed, and 17 people decided to return to Ukraine. As reported on Wednesday, August 9, the Department of Consular Service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the previous forecast of the Ukrainian Embassy in Finland on the situation with citizens of Ukraine was confirmed.

A group of people found work, the rest returned to Ukraine.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Finland, Andrei Olefirov, maintains personal contact with the group leader, who assured him that everyone is healthy, and their families in Ukraine are informed of the situation, "the Foreign Ministry explained, adding that the embassy is finding out more details.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, today there was information that in Finland the group of pickers of berries went missing. About 40 people came to the country for seasonal work and disappeared somewhere. 37 citizens of Ukraine and three citizens of Estonia, after arriving at the place of work in the north of the country, near the city of Yuka, did not receive housing for accommodation.
