In Nizhny Tagil, the court handed down a verdict demyati workers confectionery factory, which robbed their home enterprise for 5 million rubles. Loaders, drivers and guards stole from the factory 15 tons of sugar.

The application for the loss of 15 tons of sugar from the warehouse of a confectionery factory was received by the police in April 2016. Police department No. 16 of the Intermunicipal Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, "Nizhny Tagil", initiated two criminal cases. Find intruders was not difficult - the company installed outdoor surveillance cameras, records from which were stored for a certain time. Thanks to the records of the guards of the order, all the participants in the criminal chain - drivers, guards and loaders.

Some of the criminals were taken out of the warehouse by trucks, some of them were not brought to the factory at all, but they were unloaded at one of the wholesale warehouses on Festivalnaya Street, where all the sugar was later sold.

The Leninsky District Court found the gang members guilty of embezzling in an especially large amount. Three defendants were sentenced to imprisonment for two to three years. Another three - suspended sentence, two - fines. Two figurants avoided criminal prosecution in connection with the reconciliation of the parties.
