In Kamensk-Uralsky, a 37-year-old local resident was convicted, who reported on the explosion of the bridge over Iset. Alexander Khmelev was found guilty of committing a crime,. 1 st. 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a knowingly false report about an act of terrorism). The man received 240 hours of compulsory work.



The court found that on April 16 in the evening Khmelev, being in a state of intoxication, attaching a pillow to put on a jacket on his jacket to simulate an explosive device, came to the motor bridge across the Iset River along Kadochnikov Street. From this point he was informed to the police department on duty that he wants to blow up the above bridge with the explosive device.

After receiving the message, police officers who arrived on the spot detained Khmelev. During verification, the information received was not confirmed, explosives and explosive devices were not detected.

The verdict did not enter into legal force.
