The car was discovered about three o'clock in the morning on the verge of Izyaslavsky and Shepetivsky districts. According to the communication sector of the regional police, the local taxi driver noticed a DAF car with a cargo trailer, which has already started to unload the garbage.

The man told law enforcement officers and began to demand from the driver that he stop unloading debris and blocked his way for retreat.

"Alone in the wake of" violators detained and documented this fact.

Among the garbage were found commodity-transport waybills with the destination "Lviv", the remains of the postal packing with the indication of Lviv addresses and telephones and the like.

The police opened on this fact a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Pollution or damage to land". Now all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
