The individual entrepreneur is charged with h. 3 items. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers, resulting in the death of two persons by negligence).

According to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region, according to the investigation, an individual entrepreneur organized a sauna in a non-residential premises in Belinsky. In it with violations of fire safety in the steam room, electrical equipment and electrical wiring.

As a result of the fire, a 32-year-old woman died at the scene of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. The 41-year-old man received multiple thermal burns of the body and respiratory tract, from which he died on December 7, 2016 in the Sverdlovsk region's GUSL "City Hospital of Kamensk-Uralsky".
