So, during the seven months of this year - 2017 - about 66 thousand Ukrainian citizens have already been asked to give them a residence permit in the state of Poland. Such data was disseminated by the Polish Office for Foreigners Affairs.
It is said that since the beginning of the year, about 100 thousand people have requested residence permits in this country. At the same time, as early as in 2015, 108,000 applications were registered, in the first half of 2016 - 73,000. That is - for a year the number of such requests has grown by 40 percent.
