Very bad rains took place in Primorye on July 20-21. For one night a monthly rainfall has fallen. The water level in the rivers rose in places by 2 meters. The rivers of the Ussuri basin, the Khanka Lake, came out of the shores.

Flooding of flood-dangerous areas, road sections and farmland in October, Mikhailovsky, Dalnegorsky, Nadezhdinsky, Yakovlevsky, Chuguevsky districts occurred. The most dangerous was the rise of water in the basin of the river Razdolnaya: 2.0 - 4.9 meters. Flooded part of the route Pokrovka-Chernyatino. Overflow was 0.5 meters, traffic on the road closed. The movement between the villages of Yakonovka and Kronovka is stopped - the road is blurred. There is a threat of destruction of dams, flooding of settlements located in low places, flooding of low-water bridges.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Primorsky Territory switched to a high alert regime. Established operational headquarters. The heads of municipalities, the Internal Affairs Directorate, municipal administrations and the Krai have been notified of the possible occurrence of emergency situations associated with a very dangerous hydrological phenomenon. GU MOE appealed to the population with a request to take the necessary measures to ensure their own safety and security of their property and to refrain from leaving the settlements.

It is recommended to refrain from accessing routes outside populated areas and tourists. Especially dangerous were the coastal areas and mountain rivers. In the Ussuriysk and Svobodnensky districts, the emergency regime was declared. In the Svobodnensky district, a heavy shower was supplemented with a squally wind, the speed of which reached 28 meters per second.

On July 23, the villages of Pavlovka and Saratovka of the Chuguevsky district, Konstantinovka, Sinelnikovo, Pokrovka remain submerged.
