Ukrainians should make black lists of those for whom it is not worthwhile to vote at the next parliamentary elections. First of all, there should be included those who were allowed to leave the inviolability with dry water, the Ukrainian sociologist, director of the "Democratic Initiatives" Foundation Irina Bekeshkina writes on the NW portal..
The last working week of the Verkhovna Rada on the eve of the summer holidays brought a lot of pleasure to lovers of bright spectacles. What kind of pension or medical reform is there, not before this! Deputies (already six of 222) tried to make for the sake of investigation "touching".
The events unfolded in the spirit of exciting television series: first the regulatory committee breasted to defend the "offended" - their own do not pass. Then, as in any good detective, an unexpected turn: as a rabbit from a magician's cylinder, a video appeared with the main villain and the disguised agent. And this film was watched by the entire computerized country (grandchildren showed their grandchildren to unrepresented grandmothers). All became clear to all. At the end of his had yet to sacrifice the emotions of the audience.
However, a new day - a new series. I'm glad in the siege, from somewhere the smell of burnt tires. In the hall there is tension: on the one hand, the people want a deputy's implication, on the other - the disturbing thought that "today you, and tomorrow - I".
As a result: the parliament like and satisfied the desire of viewers, allowing law enforcement bodies to "touch" four of the six deputies, but at the same time extended the film to an unknown number of episodes that might be bored. And really, what is there now with the "touching diamond prosecutors"? What happened to Nasirov? And with Firtash? With Onischenko? And in general - NABU says that now 400 cases are being investigated for the amount of 84 billion UAH. And the result? What should I say to my aunts in our bazaar on Voskresenka, who, after greeting, immediately ask: "Well, who did they put? "Formerly with interest, now sarcastically. Any TV series should end, but our, Ukrainian, seems endless.
Although what looks like a movie is actually a manifestation of a serious illness, chronic and long-diagnosed. It's about corruption - a cancer that corrodes the public organism.
It would seem that the best way to cure a neglected and dangerous disease is to surgically cut out the sick areas. And it's easy to do this: remove immunity from deputies and allow the relevant bodies to work in full force - analyze the declarations of people's deputies and investigate who are all these philanthropists who lend them insane sums. Where does this money come from? Are taxes paid from cash kept in banks (those that are glass ones)? To whom, on the kindness of the soul, hectares of city green zones were distributed? There are many questions.
That is all that is needed is to fulfill the promise that the candidates gave during the elections: to remove immunity from themselves. But this is hard to believe: too many who are afraid of "touching".
What are we to do, citizens? Now there is often a call to seek early elections on the basis of a new electoral law with party open lists and without a majority component. But what will it change? Take, for example, Borislav Rosenblatt. Why him? Because it's a very colorful figure, even if you ignore the accusations. When watching the video, it seemed that he was performing "the role of Gopnik on the district". How could such a person become a legislator of the country? Yes, he was elected in the majority district, but he was nominated from the BCP. That is, there was a decision of some party cell or one of the local party leaders? And what will prevent the parties from continuing to include such representatives in party lists, even those open? The majority were "open" from the very beginning.
And can we expect that for the next elections (not even early ones) we will have a normal party system? Where will they not sell seats in the lists, push deputies into money bags or nominate loyalists to the leaders of sycophants? Hardly.
So what should I do? At a minimum - to clean the next Supreme Rada from malignant elements. And it's time to cook blacklists right now.. Who do they include? Those to whom untouchability allowed to get out of the water. Those whose condition can not be explained (except as a friendly loan or pot of gold found in the garden). Those who desperately protect "their" corrupt officials. And to make sure that parties lose their voices when included in the lists of these discredited individuals.
As for me, I definitely will not vote for the political force in the lists of which will be the head of the regulatory committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Pavel Pynzenyk, who defended the immunity of deputies.
And first of all, we need to unite the healthy forces of parliament in order to submit a bill on parliamentary immunity. For a party that does not support this law, you can not vote.
Of course, the problem of political corruption can not be completely solved, but it is possible at least thoroughly to clean the Augean stables.
