On Friday, July 21, during the meeting, the prosecutor demanded to oblige Polyaouva to wear electronic control protection, not to leave Kiev without the permission of the investigator and to deposit all the passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad. As explained by the prosecutor Maxim Kravchenko, the state prosecution believes that the Polyakov may be hiding from the investigation.

In turn, the parliamentarian asked the court to take a technical break and show the court an operative video prepared by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. However, prosecutors objected, since, according to them, this video "the entire country has already seen".

The court in turn rejected this defense motion.

Earlier, SAP head Nazar Kholodnitsky said that the agency will apply to the Solomensky district court of the capital on electing borislav Rosenblat and Maxim Polyakov for the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as preventive measures in the form of a pledge, as well as to ask the court to oblige them to pass the foreign passport.

As reported URA-Inform, on Friday, July 21, the Solomenskiy District Court of Kyiv began to consider the petition of prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on the election of a measure of restraint to the People's Deputy of Ukraine Maxim Polyakov.
