Prosecutors managed to prove the guilt of a 25-year-old man. On February 27, 2017, he, along with a new acquaintance, came to an 84-year-old grandmother. Between the man and his grandmother there was a quarrel, and he stabbed her with a kitchen knife.

Hearing the screams of a woman, a 15-year-old male friend ran out of the room and began to call for help. The man, angered at her, began to stab her.

Realizing that both victims are still alive, the man took a shovel and a hammer and beat them until he was convinced of the death. Also, using the helpless state of a young girl, a man raped her.

Law enforcers sent an indictment to the court on h. 2 p. 1.4 st. 115 (premeditated murder of two persons committed with special cruelty), h. 1 st. 156 (corruption of minors), h. 1 st. 125 (light bodily injuries) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
