The man found was with numerous lacerations. As law enforcers established, a 53-year-old man, who was killed by a bull, helped one of the farmers at the farm. During the movement of the bulls, one of them lagged behind. The man approached the animal to send it back to the herd, but the bull sharply attacked him and began to trample.
The fact of the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations by h. 1 st. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the mark "accident". The issue of opening a criminal proceeding under Article. 271 (violation of the requirements of legislation on labor protection) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
