He attached hand-made plastic plates to ATM openings that give out money. Then he stepped aside and watched people fail to withdraw money from the ATM. ATM users were leaving, and the attacker was stealing money that was stuck in self-made plates.
Law enforcers proved the man's involvement in 22 thefts throughout the city of Kiev. Pechersk district court of Kiev condemned the attacker for four years of imprisonment.
