If the day the enemy reduced the number of attacks, then after six o'clock in the evening the situation changed radically. In total for the past day militants 23 times violated the truce.

As a result of such actions, two Ukrainian soldiers were killed. Four more of our soldiers were wounded.

According to URA-Inform, referring to the press center of the ATU headquarters, in the evening and at night, it was the warmest in Donetsk direction. Here militants until ten o'clock in the evening from the side of Yasinovatoy and Yakovlevka from mortars of various calibers, grenade launchers, large and small-caliber machine guns, small arms were hit at our positions in the Avdeevka area.

At about nine o'clock in the evening criminals twice from tanks covered the strong points in Krasnogorovka. Also in the second half of the day, the bandits twice fired upon the residential districts of Avdeevka. As a result of the mine explosion, two civilians were injured.

And as a result of shelling of our strong points from mortars and grenade launchers near the villages of Zaitsevo and Nevelsk, two servicemen of the ATU forces were killed.

On the Lugansk direction under enemy fire from small arms were the Ukrainian positions in the villages of Donets and Stanitsa Luganskaya.

The headquarters also explained that our troops opened fire 14 times, using mostly small arms and heavy machine guns.

Recall that on Tuesday evening, July 18, militants once again shelled residential areas of the city of Avdeevka Donetsk region. As a result of such actions, two local residents were injured.
