The introduction of the new rules may lead to an aggravation of the legal confrontation between Nevada and the representatives of the alcoholic beverage industry of the state who have already sued, demanding the right to sell marijuana.
The State Tax Service states that most alcohol traders who applied for the spread of cannabis have not yet fulfilled the requirements necessary to obtain a license to sell marijuana.
