During the investigation of the criminal case, a group of persons who, using controlled entities of economic activity, provided services to enterprises of the real economy sector to minimize customs payments for the import of special-purpose equipment. Attackers registered a number of controlled enterprises, then in Ukraine from Poland imported old special equipment.

The people also made counterfeit documents, in which incorrect data were entered regarding the price of goods. Later these data were submitted to the customs authorities, and the imported equipment was sold via the Internet and customers.

The police carried out a series of searches and seized 46 items of special equipment, units, hull parts for special equipment, three seals of non-resident enterprises, as well as documents of financial and economic activities and computer equipment.

Now the issue of seizing seized property is being decided and measures are being taken to assess it.
