The Office instituted proceedings against the enterprise on administrative offenses provided for. 1 st. 14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of water use when discharging sewage into water bodies) and art.. 6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (use of a water body in violation of water use conditions).

Based on the results of their consideration, the company was fined for a total of RUB 135,000, the director-for a total of RUB 25,000.

In addition, the prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the Leninsky district court of the city demanding that Vodokanal-NT LLC be banned from discharging any sewage from an exploited sludge collector to the Chernoistochinskoye reservoir.
