Observers of the OSCE special monitoring mission observed weapons that they could not verify as allocated, since the conditions for their storage do not meet the criteria stipulated in the message of October 16, 2015. This is stated in the mission's message, published on the OSCE website.

According to the report, as of 8 pm on Tuesday, 4 July, observers were unable to enter two locations of allocated heavy weapons on the territory of the militia of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic, because they were not guaranteed security.

At the same time, the OSCE representatives were able to see this weapon from a certain distance.

There were also found 14 armored personnel carriers, eight of which were seen for the first time, as well as 21 military trucks near the town of Kalmiusskoye 42 kilometers south-east of Donetsk.
