The Prosecutor's Office of Kirovgrad conducted a review of compliance with anti-corruption legislation in the activities of LLC Dentaks.

In February-March 2016, Sergei Kondratyev, the chief expert of the subdivision of the regional department of the Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection of the Russian Federation, found violations of the sanitary and epidemiological legislation in the clinic. The executive director of "Dentaks", trying to avoid the suspension of the activity of dentistry, transferred to the account of the inspector 20 thousand rubles for not filing administrative protocols.

In February 2017, the Kirovgradsky Town Court sentenced Kondratiev under part 3 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving an official bribe personally in the form of money for illegal inaction) to 6 years in a general security colony with a fine of 1.2 million rubles. With regard to the executive director of dentistry, the criminal case was dismissed, as he voluntarily appealed to the Kirovograd prosecutor's office with a statement of the crime committed and facilitated the disclosure of the crime.
