Provision of housing for orphans is another stage in the implementation of the "May" decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin "On measures to provide citizens of the Russian Federation with affordable and comfortable housing and improving the quality of housing and communal services". In 2017, the regional government provides for activities to provide housing for this category of citizens more than 1 billion rubles - 800 million rubles from the budget of the region and 202.6 million from the federal treasury.
