Lutsenko assured that he has enough evidence to remove immunity from deputies

On this Sunday, July 2, on the air of one of the Ukrainian television channels, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko. According to him, investigators of the prosecutor's office collected enough evidence.



All this will be accompanied by a demonstration of audio recordings, video recordings, documents, "assured Lutsenko, adding that neither in the committee nor in the Verkhovna Rada there should be a court. Parliament should simply check - is there evidence of the likely creation of criminal offenses? Yes, they are. Are the courts alone sufficient or not, the Prosecutor General said.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, on Monday the regulatory committee will begin to consider prosecutorial representations of deprivation of immunity of the people's deputies Andrei Lozovoy, Yevgeny Deidei, Borislav Rosenblat, Oles Dovgo, Maxim Polyakov and Mikhail Dobkin.
