In Nevyansk before the court appears former head physician of the Upper-Neivinsky city polyclinic Igor Kachalkov, who for a budget account drove the family to rest. He is accused of committing crimes under Part 3 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement committed by a person using his official position).

On December 26, 2012, Kachalkov, knowing with certainty that the validity of the collective agreement for sanatorium treatment of the employees of the Upper Neyvinsky City Polyclinic, has expired, on December 2, 2012, on behalf of the polyclinic, he signed a fictitious contract for the implementation of a sanatorium-and-spa treatment (Purchase of a voucher) with OOO Prometey for a total amount of over 98 thousand rubles. Two days later the money from the settlement account of LLC Prometey was transferred to the settlement account of the travel company as a partial payment for a tourist voucher to Turkey to the members of the Kachalkov family.

In sweeping the traces, Kachalkov signed fictitious documents on the passage of sanatorium-and-spa treatment in the sanatorium "Uvildy", a ticket to which allegedly provided OOO "Prometey".

A year later, according to the same scheme, Kachalkov paid for his family vacation in the United Arab Emirates for 82 thousand rubles, in documents indicating that he was resting in the sanatorium "Klyuchi".

The criminal case against Igor Kachalkov was sent for consideration on the merits in the Nevyanskiy Town Court. He is punished by imprisonment for up to 6 years.
