According to the expert, the initiators of this attack were inexperienced in collecting the ransom from the victims, as already on June 28 it was possible to make it impossible to receive money by blocking the account of hackers.
"It can be anything: from one guy sitting in the basement to the national state," said the head of the UN Global Program on Cybercrime.
