The new case of inadequate behavior of company employees on their Facebook page was written by the user Ksenia Marchak.
According to her, the incident occurred on the flight Lublin-Lviv.
According to Marczak, the road to the Polish city from Ukraine was normal, and the passengers were served by friendly staff.
But the staff of the return flight was not entirely adequate.
It all began with the fact that the bus was late due to a breakdown for 4 hours, while passengers were not warned about the form-major.
"The long 4:00 hours of waiting at the station and the long-awaited bus arrived with a completely non-polite stewart who did not even consider it necessary to apologize, and to my rather logical dissatisfaction replied that he had nothing to do with it and this is all a claim to the company. And in general he said, so as not to make him nervous, because we still have to go through the border (honestly felt a note of threat in these words). Then there was a trip in completely uncomfortable conditions (from the student's years I remembered trips in the general car of the train), there were not enough places, the legs simply had nowhere to go, the air conditioner saved and part of the road was going in stuffy, the bus was greasy and not cleaned, and the chanson just finished me in the morning. And in such conditions it was necessary to go 12 hours ", - wrote Марчак.
In total, she singled out two things that struck her most.
"1) the indifference of the carrier to his clients (I would have had an elementary SMS message about the postponement of departure and forgiveness during landing or at least upon arrival.
2) the indifference of that biomass, which went in such conditions at its own expense and all suited everyone. Unfortunately, I did not find bookmarks on the company's website for feedback, so I write here and immediately warn that this is not an order of competitors, but my personal impressions, "added Marchak.
Recall, on the eve of Ecolines officially reacted to the scandal with a refusal to transport passengers who traveled on visa-free travel.
