June 25 in Uman in the park of Taras Shevchenko opened the largest in central Ukraine light-music complex of fountains. Jets are beaten with music and light.

It is a unique complex of fountains on land and on water. The main bowl of the fountain on land with a light and music show and a show on the water screen, a light-dynamic floating fountain on the Ostashevsky pond and three static fountains with a light-dynamic illumination, the color of which does not repeat throughout the day.

The bowl of the main fountain is 450 square meters, a water screen measuring almost 200 square meters. The height of the water jet of the floating fountain on the Ostashevsky pond is 19 meters, and the static one is 1.9 meters.

According to experts, Uman's light-music complex of fountains was among the three largest in Ukraine.

The name "Pearl of Love" was received by the fountains as a result of online voting on the pages of social networks of the initiator of the fountain construction in Uman by the People's Deputy of Ukraine from the party "Vidrodzhennya" Anton Yatsenko.

According to him, for the name "Pearl of Love" voted the largest number of users who participated in the survey.

"We hope that the opening of such a light-music complex of fountains will give a serious impetus to the development of tourism in Uman and Cherkasy region in general. If today Sofiysky arboretum is visited annually by about 500 thousand tourists, then, thanks to a complex of fountains, the number of visitors can double - up to a million. We with colleagues from the party "Vidrodzhennya" were initiators and almost two years worked on the construction of this complex of fountains.

Fulfill their promises - should be the principle of every politician, "- said Anton Yatsenko.

It is planned that the fountains will work until the end of November - before the first frosts.
