Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman congratulated the mother of the leader of the Radical Party, Oleg Lyashko, Lyubov Pavlovna, on her birthday by phone, promising her to increase the pension to 2500 grivnas.
The corresponding video was published by colleague Lyashko Andrey Lozovy on his Facebook page.
According to the People's Deputy, the prime minister called the leader of the "radicals" on working issues, and when he found out that he was celebrating his mother's birthday, he asked her to phone.
In particular, Lyubov Pavlovna told the premier that she receives 1600 UAH of pensions, despite the fact that she spent most of her life working in hazardous production.
"We, on behalf of all Ukrainian pensioners, demand high pensions and salaries," added Lyashko Groismanu.
