People's deputy of Ukraine, coordinator of the group "Information Resistance" Dmitry Tymchuk revealed the steps of the Ukrainian military, aimed at the de-factuation of Donbass.

He reported this in his column on the "Apostrophe".

"We use this situation to force the Russian-terrorist forces to implement the Minsk agreements," Tymchuk said, noting that the APU is seized only by those territories that, according to the Minsk agreements, must be controlled by Ukraine.

Thus, the military does not violate the agreement, but forces the enemy to fulfill them.

"Thus, the enemy is pushed for the line of delineation, which is defined by the protocols to Minsk-2. APU does not cross this line, "- says the People's Deputy.

Tymchuk also said that according to available information, the enemy has big problems with the personnel and the uniting of units, which forces them to retreat. In response to accusations from the Russian command, they respond that people can not perform tasks because of fatigue.
