The teacher, who is a member of the commission for the protection of the thesis, required from the student 6 thousand 500 UAH bribes for assistance in writing and defending the thesis work.
This is reported by the Police Communication Department of Kharkiv region.
The report says that a teacher at one of the departments required and received from the student an improper monetary reward in the amount of UAH 6,500.
It is noted that at the moment investigative actions are continuing on criminal proceedings, which was instituted on h. 3 items. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an improper benefit by an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
