The prosecutor's office Berezovsky conducted an examination of the fitness club, located in the basement of the house number 4/2 on the street of the Red Heroes. The basis for organizing supervisory activities was the collective appeal of residents of the apartment building, not content with loud music coming from the fitness room.

During the audit, the prosecutor's office, with the involvement of specialists, conducted noise level measurements in the apartments above the club's premises. According to the protocol of laboratory tests conducted in the evening, the noise level from the use of musical equipment in the apartments was 56 bBA, that is, exceeded the established standards.

At the same time fitness programs with the use of musical accompaniment were held at the club daily until 22:00.

According to the requirements of sanitary norms and regulations, the placement of companies with music in the basement, basement, first and second floors of a residential building is prohibited.

In addition, the provisions of sanitary and epidemiological legislation established that citizens, while in their home, have the right to enjoy peace and quiet both at night and during the day.

In this regard, the prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the court on the prohibition of fitness club activities associated with musical accompaniment.

The Berezovsky city court granted the claim of the prosecutor's statement. Based on evidence provided by the prosecutor's office, the court banned the owner of a fitness club - an individual entrepreneur - to operate a fitness club associated with music.
