The tripartite contact group agreed and the members of the working group on security proposed the so-called "bread truce". This means a complete ceasefire along the entire contact line for the harvest period - from June 24 to August 31.

The special representative of the OSCE in the contact group on the Donbass, Martin Saydik, told about this at a briefing after the completion of the talks. According to him, such an initiative, of course, received support and all parties pledged to bring it to their political leadership.

At the same time, Saydik called an inadmissible attack on the personnel of the OSCE mission in the occupied Yasinovaty Donetsk region. According to him, in this case, all parties are responsible for the safety and freedom of movement of mission personnel. They must not only promptly take measures to respond, but also reaffirm their commitment to this principle at the highest political level, "said the OSCE special envoy.
