One day once a year, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for several hours doing his favorite Russian entertainment: he talks to the TV. Of course, officially this royal fun is called differently. "A straight line with Putin".

Because on the other side of the TV too people are sitting. They sit and watch TV, where they show Vladimir Vladimirovich. And some even expect that he will speak with them. Not with abstract "Russians", but with a specific Ivanov, Petrov, or Sidorov. After all, not without reason almost 2 million Russians asked their questions to the president of their country. True, less than 100 people received answers. And differently and can not be. After all, the king alone. And his subjects have many.

True, there was a problem. The 15th annual direct line with Putin looked less Russians than before. Did the Russians stop believing in the omnipotence of the supreme leadership? Everything is much simpler. Of the two million questions Putin could answer less than 100. Winning the jackpot in the lottery is much easier than getting an answer from Putin. What then is the point of looking at the "straight line"?.

Many people of the older generation still have nostalgia for Soviet times, when "one could write to the Central Committee" and the question was solved. Only now is Russia - not the USSR. Socialism, with its carefree concern for the man of labor, has remained in the past, as has the absence of private property. Now the official's goal is personal enrichment. Those Russians who understood this - went to the march against corruption. Those who pretended that they did not understand - decided to play a TV "lottery" with Putin.

Why do Russians continue to watch and listen to Putin? The reason is banal. And it is called autocracy. This is when in the country absolute power only one person. Want to have your home repaired? Write to the king.

Want to clean up the garbage? Write to the king. The problem with asphalt on the street? It is necessary to write to the king.

People wanted it themselves. To have one decision-making center. To be the main person who could easily and quickly solve all the problems. This is called absolute centralization. When there is actually no local government. When the main task of an official on the ground is to please a superior. When the efficiency of an official is assessed exclusively by this indicator.

And people? And let people write a letter to Putin. Give the team - officials will fuss in an effort to please the king.

That's how the Russians write letters to Putin. However, even more and more hoping that the letter will reach the addressee. After all, winning a lottery jackpot chances are much greater. Residents of large cities in Russia understand this very well. And that's why TV with Putin is not applied to a sore point. After a meeting with Putin they already have 15.

For Crimeans such a television meeting is only the fourth.

And that's why the faith in the good king who "does not know" about the misfortunes of people is still alive, and when he finds out - he will punish the villains and reward good people - such a faith lives.

But how long will it be - depends solely on the maturing of the Crimeans themselves. On how much they will believe that someone will solve all their problems. Especially if this someone stole part of another state.
