The project of accomplishment of the given territory provides creation along the embankment of the Iset river of a memorable public space for creativity and cultural activities; Mobile "anchors", solved in a single design concept, which have the ability to quickly transform the space, creating an atmosphere of coziness and at the same time being economically attractive for investors.

Along the embankment it is planned to organize a single bicycle and hiking route that will partially relieve the load from public transport.

The concept also provides for the creation of a single green boulevard from Belinsky Street to the Central Park of Culture and Sports.

The authors of the sketch have considered the system of building in the 1st floors of retail premises and social service facilities, creating a sustainable system of gardening, applying modern approaches to ecology: rehabilitation of the water system, restoration of natural communities.
