The court appointed the first meeting on June 26. The meeting will begin at ten o'clock in the morning. The corresponding decision was made on Friday, June 16, at a meeting of the panel of judges.
The court agreed with the position of the defense side that it was not advisable at the preparatory meeting to decide on the possibility of conducting a special (in absentia) examination of this case, therefore this issue will be resolved already in the substantive examination of the case.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in the Obolonsky District Court of Kiev on Friday, June 16, continued the preparatory meeting on the case of the accusation of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in high treason.
