Sverdlovsk traffic cops for a week detained 4,5 thousand cars, smoked not according to GOST.

On the territory of the Sverdlovsk region in the period from 1 to 9 June 2017, a preventive measure "Safe Road". Inspectors of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate uncovered facts of control of cars, on the windows of which there is a tint film, which limits visibility from the driver's place (front hemisphere).

For nine days, the traffic police stopped 4488 cars with tinting. At the same time, only 1602 drivers agreed to tear off the tint film on the spot, after which they drove on.

Another three thousand drivers were demanded to stop the unlawful action - these are drivers who did not eliminate the shortage on the ground, so they were obliged to remove the toning within 10 days.

For nine days, the traffic police officers opened 73 administrative cases for disobeying the lawful order or demand of a police officer, who falls under the action of Part 1 of Article 19. 3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Now these drivers are already waiting for administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 500 to 1000 rubles or an administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
